The IOC System Engineer serves as the first line of support for the organization, operating within a 24/7 rotating shift environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and continuously improving the business operating environment, while ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include monitoring systems, responding to incidents and issues, and supporting capacity planning and growth initiatives.
The role requires a strong customer-focused mindset to prioritize user needs, whether on-site or remote, and to support business continuity by maximizing system uptime. The IOC System Engineer represents an advanced level within the Integrated Operations Center, demonstrating deeper technical expertise compared to the IOC Analyst across technologies within the team’s scope.
